If you are not satisfied with your delivered products, you cannot return the products to us with the courier. You must follow the returns procedure, as contained in the Elemis Returns Policy which can be accessed here.
Once your item has been shipped, you can track your delivery by using the tracking number provided.

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it.

Signatures are required upon all deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.
