Delivery Options
We're working hard to get your ELEMIS products safely to you, as quickly as possible.
Once you have paid for your ordered products, deliveries will take between 3 - 5 working days to reach you. Deliveries will be made to valid South African addresses on business days between 08h00 and 17h00 Monday to Friday.
If you are not satisfied with your delivered products, you cannot return the products to us with the courier. You must follow the returns procedure, as contained in the Elemis Returns Policy which can be accessed here.
Once your item has been shipped, you can track your delivery by using the tracking number provided.

Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it.
Delivery rules and restrictions
All delivery charges are subject to change.
Signatures are required upon all deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.
Product prices will be those ruling at the order date.
